Interim Management
Let us wear one or two of your hats and help you reach your goals faster.
Interim management generally consists of experienced executives and managers who have held many different roles, having built, or participated in building businesses from the ground up. Many have helped companies through various stages of their business cycles (e.g., growth, maturity, decline, etc.). Interim managers help new companies get off the ground and get pointed in the right direction. They can help owners and stakeholders with many scenarios (e.g., crisis management, downsizing, turnarounds, and legal battles).

Why use interim management?
There are many reasons, but let’s start with the adage, “There’s no substitute for experience.” Most senior executives and subject matter experts who fill interim executive and management roles have experience building or moving companies forward (e.g., launching new products and services, spinning off new units, and fixing struggling organizations). Interim managers are also budget-conscious and cost-effective; they don’t generally receive or expect equity or ownership and can usually start within days. Interim managers are unbiased and often see or anticipate things that founders, stale executives, or management can’t see or refuse to see, such as product/service risks, market risks, competitive threats, potential challenges, unexpected opportunities, etc. Fresh, unbiased eyes are a tremendous advantage for struggling startups and early-stage companies.
